Yonsei University Medical Center has constructed the Avison Biomedical Research Center in order to expand promotion and support for the medical industry and to furnish world-class standard research competitiveness in the field of biomedical science. The research center, was built with 6 above ground and 5 underground floors with a total area of 40,237.72㎡, is equipped with various research labs and the latest research equipment, inspiring the research staff’s desire for research and securing global competitiveness. It plans to build a foundation to induce large-scale national policy research projects by strengthening research capability in the field of biomedical science and revitalizing research.
