Jamsil Galleria Palace has raised its recognition level by commercializing its exterior, which stands out compared to other high-rise residential facilities through a landmark-worthy rooftop design. Intervening factors between facilities have been excluded in order to clearly divide between the commercial zone and residential area, and the circulation system was arranged to allow tenants to use the additional facilities with ease. Lots of work went into improving the view and residential environment through securing residents’ privacy by creating an external space exclusively for residents and maximizing the green area ratio above ground and installing the Sky Garden.
