▴공급자 중심에서 주민 중심으로: 공간복지 실현 계획 제안   간삼건축이 《경기주택도시공사, 3기 신도시 공공주택 특화계획을 통한 입체적 기본계획 수립 용역》에 당선됐다. 간삼건축 관계자는 “기존의 형식적인 배치, 단순한 커뮤니티 시설 배치, 공급자 위주의 계획에서 탈피한 새로운 접근 방식을 통해 단지 내, 단지 간, 도시 전체에 이르는 다양하고 풍부한 커뮤니티가 지속되고 공간복지가 실현되는 단지를 계획한 점을 높이 평가받았다”고 전했다. 이번 공모는 경기주택도시공사(이하 GH)에서 3기 신도시 조성에 앞서, 주민들에게 실질적인 공간복지를 구현하고 기존 아파트의 단조롭고 획일적인 설계에서 벗어나기 위해 공공주택 특화 가이드라인을 수립하고자 진행됐다. 지난 2월 27일 GH는 공공주택 혁신을 위해 ‘GH 공공주택 레벨업(Level Up) 혁신 로드맵’도 발표한 바 있다. 간삼건축은 도시가 직면한 주요 과제로 ▴기후위기 ▴인구구조 변화 ▴사회적 고립 등 크게 3가지를 꼽았다.     이를 해결하기 위해 ▴일상생활 속 탄소 저감 Eco-Friend ▴커뮤니티 네트워크로 여는 New way of Living ▴유기적 클러스터링으로 실현하는 Spatial Welfare를 제안했다. 제안한 내용은 블록별 공공주택 공모의 지침에 반영되어 GH가 추진하는 공공주택의 공간복지 구현을 위한 기준이 될 예정이다. Hospitality Design Group Head|Architect Hyosang Lee Friday, 14 February|(Session 3) 13:30 - 14:20   The era of recovery travel, redefining the modern wellness resort The world's three major resorts, commonly referred to as Aman,  One & Only, and Six Senses, are actively launching new resorts in Northeast Asia after the pandemic.  Aman, Janu, and Six Senses have already entered neighboring Japan,  and Aman is also considering entering the Korean market..   This trend shows that customers agree with the values of  the resorts that these brands stand for,  along with their preference for luxury resort brands.    It is time for Korean hospitality architecture to fundamentally consider  how it should change to keep up with these changes.
