Co.Village Company, a joint company of Home Company and Gansam builds cooperative systems for smart town with Samsung Electronics and TRUSTAY which is a joint company of YANOLJA Cloud and KT Estate. The signing ceremony, which was held at the Co.Village Company headquarters in Seoul, was attended by key figures including Jaewoo Lee and Seokki Hong, co-CEO of Co.Village Company, Bong-gu Kang, vice president of Samsung Electronics Korea, and Jung-yoon Kim, CEO of TRUSTAY.

Based on this cooperative system, these three companies will combine their innovative technologies with expertise and capabilities to implement the smart town and innovate the residential market.

Co.Village is the project participated with various innovative corporates which is led by HOMES Company and Co.Village Company. HOMES Company is a start-up leading Korean co-living market as a village where various residential and stay, work, and leisure facilities including housing, co-working, retail, community, and smart farms coexist in the area with good natural environment and access to transportation, and Co.Village Company is a joint venture of Gansam which presents architecture that changes the way of life and landscape.

Co.Village Company will be responsible for business planning, development, design, management, and operation of the smart town that enables smart residential life, and Samsung Electronics will support residents to maximize their convenience of life by supplying various premium home appliances suitable for each space in the smart town and Internet of Things (IoT)-based solution SmartThings.
