Lotte Group has started the Ulsan Station Complex Transfer Center development project.

Ulsan City announced on the 19th that it had received a development plan related to the Ulsan Station Intermodal Transfer Center development project from Lotte Ulsan Development.

According to the development plan, a total of 257.2 billion won will be invested in the construction of the Ulsan Station Intermodal Transfer Center. On a site of 75,395 m2, with a total floor area of 181,586 m2, with 1 basement level and 5 above ground, construction will begin next year and will be completed in 2018. The center will have 51,346 square meters of transfer facilities such as bus stops, taxi stands, car parking lots, 3,094 sidewalks, and 131,240 square meters of transfer facilities such as shopping malls, theaters, and children's parks. The expected economic effect was analyzed to be 266.6 billion won in production inducement, 91.5 billion won in added value, and 2,080 direct job creation.
