Gansam Co.,Ltd (CEO Taijip Kim, Hereinafter referred as “Gansam”) was selected as the final architect for remodeling competition of The-K Jeju Hotel (current Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel), which was requested by the Korean Teachers' Credit Union. The-K Jeju Hotel is working on changing the brand to Sheraton due to the again of facilities and the expiration of the contract with the existing hotel brand and preparing for the overall re-positioning with the concept for it. An official from Gansam said, "We have changed the current space structure which does not allow to access the ocean until going in to the room to the extroverted space” and added, “Our proposal was highly praised because we took advantages of its location closest to the sea among Jeju's five-star hotels as an ocean front hotel.” Through this remodeling, the hotel will be reborn as a true waterfront hotel in Jeju, which offers newly established jacuzzi in the room, lobby and lounge space with ocean view, new ADD (All Day Dining) in the atrium space, and a 100-meter-long infinity pool...Read more
