Gansam was selected as an architect in the competition for design and construction of Sacheon Golf Club site in Gyeongsangnam-do, which was conducted for the purpose of creating a new concept golf village by Golf Zone County, a leading company in Korean golf industry. This competition targeted for architects and constructors with mobile wooden house manufacturing technology, resulting in emergence of a new design field market.

Gansam established Gansam Life Design in 2018, a startup to manufacture mobile wooden house, and Gansam Business Initiative, which plans and operates branding and contents in 2019, and launched Tiny Resort, an outdoor leisure mini resort, in August 2023. These various attempts to expand the area other than architecture were directly projected into the design of the Golf Zone County Sacheon Golf Village, resulting in a new stay platform, STAY RUND. 

A new nordic style golf village STAY LUND offers contents more than just accommodation.

Like the name RUND, which means a small forest in Norwegian, it is designed to enjoy outdoor life communing with the outdoor space in nature surrounded by a small forest. The core design concept is a stay platform to offer different experiences from various programs beyond the traditional golf business with a new forest hospitality, which guests can enjoy for their own preferences.
