LIG Insurance Busan Branch

LIG Insurance Busan Branch is not easily visible from large crowded streets. Instead of taking a step back from the street, it stands with other buildings while maintaining its own unique character and balance with adjacent buildings. The building is characterized by the unique oblique form and transparent material. To match the height of Busan Sangnok Hall in the back, a tower, bent by the influence of the diagonal road was erected and a diagonal plane was formed in lower stories due to the influence of the shape of the land, cornered into an acute angle formed by the intersection of two roads. It moderately combined a vertical oblique line and horizontal oblique line and minimized and simplified the materials and patterns to emphasize the lines that may seem somewhat complicated. For the shape of the plane, the short building adjacent to the road and the tower on the inside form moderate gaps, which has become places for people to meet.
