As the first ever project with investments from the private sector in Songdo, this project is for the creation of international facilities of global standards, which will function as a gate to Songdo New City and Incheon along with Incheon Int’l Airport located at the center of Northeast international business hub by building international exhibition and support facilities for global business. In addition, the center is designed to become a landmark of Songdo Int’l City and play a hub of westeast trade, as it is located in main central commercial area in the complex. This multifunctional office building with 45 stories, 34 stories, and 33 stories above the ground and 4 stories below maximizes user convenience by dividing lower and higher floors and clearly differentiate uses. Commercial supremacy is strengthened by absorbing floating population in the complex through subway connecting path and Sunkeun.
