FMD Vaccine Research Center
The center is the first anti-organism-related research and vaccine production facility to be installed in Korea, and is designed to take three safety steps to prevent the leakage of hospitals in the area. Researchers who entered the shielding area were required to undergo
the shower removal process, creating a corridor on the upper floor so that researchers could check and manage the situation in the laboratory without entering the shielding area. It plans to achieve safer and more reliable research results by forming the shortest flow of human traffic, minimizing the amount of pollution, and efficient system of facilities. Given researchers who had to work only inside the facility for long periods of time, a healing space such as Daylight Duct Systems, artificial landscaping, and indoor garden were provided.
