We planned an advanced combined complex in the site, running from north to south, by reflecting the urban structure of the old downtown Osan area in the west and the connection with the Dongtan Industrial Complex in the north, considering the scalability with the site to the east for phase 2. The site was divided into four blocks in the master plan.
