It is a small studio flat. We considered the variety of choices and investment opportunities. We designed it to face south as much as possible and secured the perfect open view of the green axis from the Woncheon Reservoir to the neighborhood park. By connecting the pedestrian-exclusive plaza with an arcade, we designed an open public space (courtyard type) combined with a water space for shopping, resting, and landscape work. For the elevation, we combined a shape divided into three masses on the upper part of the podium and the lattice-type elevation elements.
