With the plaza located at the center of the site, Golfzone Headquarters and Golf Complex are composed of masses that symbolize the high status of the company that leads the globalization of the golf industry. We aimed to create a golf complex that will establish itself as a mecca for the golf industry and  eco-friendly, low-carbon office spaces. Commercial and cultural facilities are placed in the open space on the lower level for convenient access and use by visitors. This approach transforms the Golfzone to be a representative local community space that encompasses all generations of Daejeon citizens. In-between these spaces are event areas to offer various experiences to the public. The greening of the building enhances the comfort of the interior and exterior, showcasing an integrated, sustainable spatial configuration connecting people, the city, nature, and the land. In association with the local context (Expo Science Park, TJB (Taejeon Broadcasting), KOTRA, DCC), it will revitalize the region, create synergy, and become a complex entertainment space where golf culture, people, time, and events come together in nature.
