The heart of the group where every LG employee passes through, the spiritual hometown of LG executives. LG Academy that has served as LG Group’s cradle and has been exclusively responsible for training since its establishment in 1988 underwent a major renewal to improve the deteriorating facility and improve training capabilities. This remodeling project, which was undertaken under the concept of ‘Restore the memories of the past,’ retained the red bricks and copper roofs that had been symbols of LG Academy to continue the tradition. On the other hand, the facility was changed to match the newest training methods, the privacy of the users was taken into consideration, and the environment was formed to enable smooth formation of communities through expansion and renovation of the existing facility. LG Academy gained state-of-the-art functions and efficiency that the current era demands through this major renewal.
