This was built on the project site for Gwanggyo Convention Support Facility where cultural facilities, natural environment, and commercial facilities are all integrated into one. The most important goal was to harmonize and provide connectivity between all complexes, and to create an image of a landmark for the premium MICE Valley. A bridge was built to connect to the convention having different elevation, and the convenient traffic flow was secured from the basement level to commercial facilities located in Convention Square, providing a win-win relationship to grow into a large commercial district with the department store. In the south of the site overlooking lake park, the passage was opened to offer a convenient flow to the park and convention, circulating interior and exterior of the building.
