Built in 1995, the Dodam Buildingformerly POSCO Engineering Building underwent remodeling work and expansion which was completed in 2015. The Dodam Building was reborn as a building equipped with a modern sensibility that harmonized with the surrounding environment through a remodeling project in which the existing building was renovated and a new structure was erected on the right side of the original building while utilizing the underground structure. Although the building existed merely as an office building without any personality, through the remodeling and extension project it regained an identity as an ultra-modern building which linked the city with nature.
