Peyto Building stands on the opposite side of where the tree-lined street in Nonhyeon-dong begins. With the wood materials applied diagonally on the appearance to give a warm image throughout the building, it has been regarded as a building that enriches the impression of the tree-lined street at a distance. Also, the latest BIM design technique was applied to the entire building to increase accuracy and efficiency in the design process to slightly vary the angles of all glass panels of the entire building and efficiently assigned all facilities inside the building. As a result, it formed an appearance with a character and rhythm and created convenient and high-quality spaces on the inside. The pedestrian passage that penetrates the building is incorporated into the first floor, giving as much consideration as possible to the people using the tree-lined street.
