Since it is an office building representing the philosophy and vision of Dongkook Pharmaceutical, which aims for a healthy life, we created a space that can improve the universal sensibility and emotional value of human beings and designed a sophisticated image of a pharmaceutical company for the elevation. It captures the values of people and life and shows the future vision of the city through a simple and modern elevation that applies white metal finishes and emphasizes vertical elements. The tall floor height of the first floor maximizes the sense of expansion of the lobby, and staff welfare spaces, terraces, and efficient office spaces considering various lifestyles, provide a pleasant work environment. It secured the symbolism through the tallest height compared to adjacent buildings, considering the axis of urban development along Yeongdong-daero and future growth potential. Various floor area ratio incentive items were planned, and the maximum floor area ratio was secured to maximize the asset value as an office building.
